Precision Manufacturing Process of Our Brake System
We own a full-process production line for brake parts. All procedures including steel back treatment, custom friction powder formulation, hot press molding, grinding, spraying, accessory assembly and final inspection are independently controlled. Formulas are customized for different vehicle types and load requirements. We strictly manage bonding strength, flatness, noise reduction and anti-corrosion performance with layer-by-layer quality inspection, to ensure stable, safe and durable braking.

What We Do
Supported by our mature friction material formula database, we provide customized solutions for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and heavy duty vehicles. From shot blasting of steel backs to improve adhesion, multi-step finishing for flatness control, anti-noise component installation and multi-level quality checks, every process focuses on core objectives: anti-delamination, stable braking, noise reduction and corrosion resistance. Strict process control and comprehensive final inspection ensure stable performance of every batch of brake pads, adapting to diverse harsh working conditions and providing reliable safety guarantees for vehicle braking systems.
01
Steel Back Shot Blasting
This is shot blasting for brake pad steel backs. The machine blasts fine abrasives to remove rust, oxide and contaminants, creating a rough clean surface. This treatment significantly strengthens bonding between steel back and friction material, preventing delamination even under heavy duty and high temperature braking.
02
Material Weighing & Filling
This stage covers precise weighing of custom friction powder and charging materials into mold cavities. Following our tailored formula database, workers measure exact powder amounts before hot pressing. Accurate dosing guarantees consistent density, friction performance and stable quality for brake pads used in passenger, commercial and heavy-duty vehicles.
03
Hot Press Molding
This is the hot press molding process. Pre-measured friction powder and steel backs are compressed under controlled heat and pressure inside molds. This step bonds friction material firmly to the steel back and forms the basic brake pad shape. Precise temperature and pressure settings ensure stable density and reliable bonding strength.
04
Grinding & Surface Finishing
This is the grinding and finishing process after heat treatment. The machine precisely grinds the friction surface of brake pads to achieve accurate thickness and flatness. It also smooths edges for proper fitting. Uniform surface finish ensures full contact with brake rotors and stable braking performance during operation.
05
Automatic Coating & Spraying
This automatic spraying system applies protective coating on finished brake pads. The robotic spray head ensures uniform paint coverage on steel backs. The coating guards against rust and corrosion, improves appearance and extends service life. Stable automated operation maintains consistent quality for bulk orders of passenger and heavy-duty brake pads.
06
Accessories Stamping & Assembly
This step fits metal accessories for brake pads, including anti-noise shims, springs and clips. These hardware components help reduce braking noise, eliminate vibration and maintain proper pad positioning. Every fitting is carefully checked to guarantee stable installation and quiet operation for passenger and heavy duty vehicles.
07
Fitting Anti-noise Shim
Workers attach red anti-noise shims onto brake pads in this step. These shims act as vibration isolation layers between brake pads and calipers, effectively suppressing squeals and resonance during braking. Each shim is fitted neatly to ensure consistent quiet performance for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and heavy trucks.
08
Final Inspection & Packaging
We carry out manual full inspection together with sampling tests to examine brake pads’ appearance, dimensions and bonding condition. Any defective items will be eliminated strictly. Only qualified products proceed to packaging and warehouse storage, ensuring reliable and stable quality before shipment to customers.
