Strict Quality Control for SUPER HPS Brake Parts
Quality is the core foundation of our brake pads and heavy duty brake shoes. To deliver reliable brake friction components for global buyers, we implement strict multi stage quality control from raw material intake to finished product shipment. Our in house laboratory is fully equipped for professional friction material testing, verifying safety, friction stability and service life before products leave our factory.
Brake Pad Shear Strength Test
We perform brake pad shear strength tests complying with GB/T22309 and ISO 6312. Using a microcomputer controlled universal material tester, we apply continuous shear force until failure and record maximum load. This core safety test verifies the bonding between friction compound and backing plate for brake pads and brake shoes.
Prevents friction material delamination under heavy and emergency braking.
Eliminates safety risks caused by peeling brake linings during operation.
Delivers reliable, export-qualified brake friction components.
Brake Inertia Dynamometer Test
It simulates real vehicle braking conditions to evaluate friction coefficient, heat fade, recovery and wear performance of brake pads, heavy duty brake pads and brake shoes. It complies with ISO & SAE standards for brake performance validation.
Performs full-scale brake performance simulation.
Conducts heat fade & recovery testing.
Verifies braking safety under high speed & heavy load.
Provides lab certification support.
Brake Pad Shear Test
Brake Pad Shear Strength Test. We test the bonding strength between friction material and backing plate. It verifies that brake pads will not delaminate or fall off under braking force, meeting ISO 6312 safety requirements.
Guarantees strong bonding between friction compound and steel backing plate.
Avoids dangerous delamination or falling-off during heavy emergency braking.
Meets international safety standards trusted by global automotive buyers.

Rockwell Hardness Tester
We conduct Rockwell hardness tests on brake pad friction compound. This test monitors formulation stability and hot-press quality. Improper hardness causes brake noise, rotor damage or fast wear. Sampling per batch maintains consistent hardness, stabilizing wear performance for brake pads and brake shoes.
Balanced hardness minimizes annoying brake noise and protects brake rotors.
Controlled wear rate extends service life of your brake friction products.
Batch sampling guarantees uniform performance across every shipment.
Finished Product Inspection
Our finished product inspection is performed before shipment. QC staff use digital calipers to measure thickness and key geometric dimensions of brake pads and brake shoes. We also inspect surface defects and control tolerances strictly, to prevent assembly failure, noise and uneven wear after installation.
Guarantees precise dimensions for seamless vehicle assembly.
Eliminates surface defects such as cracks, chipping and deformed steel backs.
Reduces customer complaints caused by improper fit and abnormal wear.
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Quality Check
We offer full oem & odm private label customization, stocked back plates enable fast samples, with efficient new mold lead times. Custom logo, packaging, friction formula and coating solutions are available from your drawings, photos or samples.
1
What tests do you perform for brake pads and heavy duty brake shoes?
We run a full set of lab tests including shear strength test, Rockwell hardness test, inertia dynamometer test, plus finished dimension and visual inspection.
2
Can you provide test reports for each batch?
Yes. We keep complete inspection records for every batch. Test reports can be provided upon request to support your quality review and import documentation.
3
Why is the Rockwell hardness test important for brake friction material?
Hardness directly controls brake noise, rotor damage and wear rate. This test ensures stable formulation and consistent performance batch by batch.
4
What is the brake inertia dynamometer test for?
It simulates real vehicle braking conditions. It evaluates friction coefficient, heat fade, recovery and wear performance, especially critical for heavy duty brake pads.
