Our R&D team develops eco-brake pad compounds responding to upcoming global regulations including Euro 7 requirements, balancing stable braking performance, NVH noise control and environmental protection for passenger cars, SUVs, light duty pickup trucks, heavy duty commercial vehicles and new energy vehicles.

We optimize energy consumption of high energy intensity hot press and shot blasting workshops. Production waste such as steel back scraps, rejected friction powder is sorted for recycling. Water based spraying technology cuts volatile organic compound (VOC) output during steel back anti rust coating procedures. Waste gas and dust collection systems run above local environmental standards.

We gradually phase out non recyclable plastic packaging materials. We adopt recyclable carton boxes for bulk brake parts shipments, lowering plastic waste for global aftermarket deliveries.
